Ward Hadaway Set To Evolve Business Processes with SRC

London, 16 June 2004 - One of the North-East's largest and most
progressive commercial law firms, Ward Hadaway, has begun the deployment of the WinScribe digital dictation workflow system from SRC, to evolve business processes and improve client service levels across the firm.
The solution will be used by 250 staff in the firm's two Newcastle
offices.

The SRC WinScribe solution was chosen following an extensive tender
process by Ward Hadaway that assessed all the leading digital dictation
systems on the market.

"During our thorough assessment process it became clear that there were
only a very small number of digital dictation systems worthy of closer
evaluation. Not only was WinScribe a robust and flexible system, but
SRC's experience and understanding of the legal sector was also first
rate," said Greg Taylor, IT Manager.

"WinScribe's open architecture, which allows files to be easily imported
from other systems, was another key factor in our decision and means
that there will be no compatibility issues as the firm continues to
grow," continued Mr Taylor.

"We are happy to be working with SRC on the implementation of the
WinScribe system which will deliver substantial efficiency
improvements."

The solution chosen by Ward Hadaway includes installation and project
management services from SRC and the delivery of a comprehensive
'Train-the-Trainer' course, which will enable the firm to extend the
benefits of the SRC WinScribe solution using their own in-house training
resources. Each new user will receive training based on that designed by
SRC, while the solution will continue to be backed up by SRC's
high-quality support services.

To further improve document production efficiency, the solution will be
fully integrated with Ward Hadaway's case management system later in
2004.

"As the UK's exclusive WinScribe Platinum Partner, our experience has
shown that the world-class WinScribe system, coupled with first-class
implementation and support services, enables law firms of any size to
achieve a significant return-on-investment extremely quickly," said
Chris Hart, SRC CEO.

"We're delighted that a progressive top 100 firm like Ward Hadaway has
chosen to join our other customers in enjoying these benefits."

Ward Hadaway joins SRC's rapidly growing list of WinScribe customers
including leading law firms Hill Dickinson, Hugh James, Morgan Cole,
Thomson Snell & Passmore, Irwin Mitchell, Berrymans Lace Mawer, Pannone
& Partners, Dawsons, Olswang, Barlow Lyde & Gilbert, Ricksons and
Cobbetts, together with The Corporation of London, The Court Service and
The Valuation Office.
