South-Coast Firm, Paris Smith & Randall, Invests in SRC WinScribe Solution

London, 10 May 2004 - Leading Southampton law firm, Paris Smith & Randall, has chosen the WinScribe digital dictation workflow solution from SRC as part of its initiative to increase team working and improve client service levels. The initial deployment to 40 staff will replace an analogue tape dictation system, enable greater team working and improve efficiency, and on a successful conclusion of the pilot it is intended to roll out the system to a further 95 members of staff. When away from the office fee earners will still be able to use the WinScribe system by dictating directly via a fixed-line or mobile telephone.
